Godwin Developments, a prominent UK property developer, has appointed Lesley Roberts, a highly experienced residential and Build to Rent professional, to lead its ambitious plans for the BTR sector. With over 20 years of experience, Lesley has held key roles within the BTR and PRS markets.

As President of The UK Apartment Association (UKAA) and a former Partner at Allsop LLP, Lesley has advised developers and institutional investors on large-scale BTR portfolios. She has also been instrumental in shaping the UK’s BTR offer and contributed to the development of the UKAA’s BTR Best Practice Guide.

In her new role at Godwin Developments, Lesley will lead the acquisition, development and delivery of Godwin’s Monogram Living £1 billion national BTR portfolio. Her main remit is the creation of the BTR investment and operational strategy across both the single and multifamily developments for the business. She will work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Lesley will continue to contribute to the residential industry and support the next generation of leaders while serving at Godwin Developments. The company's focus on Build to Rent reflects its commitment to expanding its residential portfolio and delivering strategic objectives in the sector.
