URBAN REQUIREMENTS
Our urban requirements are mainly focused on London, Birmingham and Bristol. We will also consider opportunities in other Tier 1 cities that benefit from proximity to employment, shopping, entertainment and transport links.

SUBURBAN REQUIREMENTS
In a suburban context we seek standing stock, sites with full planning or development opportunities primarily in the Oxford Cambridge Arc, Home Counties and the South West of England. We will consider other sites with advantageous locations – close to main road traffic networks, schools, amenities and employment hubs.
